  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, brown the shrimp, scallops, and salmon until cooked through. Remove from the pot and set aside.
  2. Add the onion and garlic to the pot and sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the cumin, oregano, and chili powder and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato soup, chili beans, corn, black beans, and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Return the seafood to the pot and continue simmering for an additional 30 minutes, or until the chili has thickened and the flavors have blended.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
