Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Peel and devein the shrimp. Clean and break down the broccoli into small pieces. Set aside.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil for cooking the noodles.
  3. In a separate pan, heat the vegetable oil and scramble the eggs. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  5. Using the same pan, add the broccoli and cook until tender but still bright green. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, sugar, and pepper. Set aside.
  7. By now, the noodles should be ready in the boiling water. Drain them and return to the pan with a little oil to prevent sticking.
