Preparation Method Steps:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, celery, green bell pepper, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add tomato soup and mix well.
  3. Pour half of the shrimp mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with the cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining shrimp mixture over the top.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  5. Before serving, unmold onto a serving plate.
