  1. Season the steaks liberally with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and dried thyme. Whisk to blend.
  3. Add the steaks to the marinade and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  4. Heat a water bath to 130°F (54°C).
  5. Remove the steaks from the marinade and pat dry.
  6. Place the steaks in a vacuum-sealed bag or zip-top bag, along with any remaining marinade.
