Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
  3. In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine ricotta cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper.
  6. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the following:
