  3. Bell peppers - 1 red and 1 green, sliced
  4. Onion - 1 large, chopped
  5. Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  6. Rice noodles - 500 grams (to serve as side dish)
  7. Oil - 3 tablespoons
  8. Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  9. Salt and pepper - to taste

Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan.
  3. Add chicken pieces and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add carrots and bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes.
