  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Add the warm milk, butter, and salt and stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a 12x18 inch (30x45 centimeter) rectangle.
