  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the cake mix, eggs, and water until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  3. While the cake is baking, make the strawberry Jell-O. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Jell-O powder and boiling water. Stir in the cold water and let cool slightly.
