Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dip in flour and shake off excess.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. While chicken is baking, make the Marsala sauce. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions, and garlic and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
