  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened about 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir in the sautéed beef and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
