  1. Crush the ladyfingers into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Slowly pour in the heavy cream and beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. If desired, add coffee liqueur and truffle oil to taste.
  5. Gently fold in the ladyfinger crumbs until combined.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Using a small spoon or cookie scoop, shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring constantly.
  10. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
  11. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
  12. Refrigerate for another 15 minutes before serving.
