  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the Spam and pork belly and cook until crispy.
  3. Add the carrots, cabbage, and onion and stir-fry until softened.
