Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Prepare the tofu by cutting it into long strips. Thread the tofu onto skewers.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, and red curry paste to make the peanut sauce. Set aside.
  3. Heat a grill or grill pan and cook the tofu skewers until golden and slightly crispy.
