  1. Remove the turkey from the refrigerator 1 hour before roasting to bring it to room temperature.
  2. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chicken broth, celery, onion, parsley, cranberries, pecans, melted butter, bread cubes, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Season the turkey inside and out with salt and pepper.
