  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Peel and cube the butternut squash and zucchini.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, squash, zucchini, and spinach. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  6. Spread 1 cup of the marinara sauce mixture in the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish.

  12. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the lasagna is heated through.
