  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together vegan butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flax eggs, almond milk, and coconut oil.
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients alternately with flax egg mixture, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Beat until just combined.
