  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, vegetable oil, and mashed banana.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in the blueberries.
  6. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners and fill each liner about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
