  1. Organic tofu: 200g (cut into cubes)
  2. Bell peppers: 2 (red and green, sliced)
  3. Yellow onions: 1 (sliced)
  4. Garlic: 3 cloves (crushed)
  5. Fresh mushrooms: 150g (sliced)
  6. Carrots: 1 (peeled and sliced)
  7. Soy sauce: 3 tbsp
  8. Maple syrup: 1 tbsp
  9. Vegetable oil: 2 tbsp
  10. Black pepper: 1/2 tsp

Preparation Method Steps:

  1. In a large frying pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil on medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and onions, and cook until fragrant and starting to turn golden.
  3. Add the bell peppers, carrots, and mushrooms, and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the tofu cubes and continue to stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and maple syrup together, then pour over the stir-fry.
  6. Season with black pepper and stir-fry for another minute or two until all the flavors are combined.
  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately with rice or noodles.
