  4. Peas: 150g
  5. Red bell peppers: 150g, chopped
  6. Onion: 100g, chopped
  7. Vegetable stock: 500ml
  8. Curry powder: 2 tbsp
  9. Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  10. Salt: 1 tsp
  11. Cooking oil: 3 tbsp

Preparation Method Steps:

  1. In a large pot, boil the vegetable stock.
  2. Add the chopped onions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
