Preparation Method Steps:

  1. Lay a sheet of nori seaweed on a bamboo rolling mat.
  2. Spread a layer of sushi rice over the seaweed, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top.
  3. Arrange the cucumber, carrots, avocado, and cream cheese in a horizontal line in the center of the rice.
  4. Starting from the bottom of the seaweed, roll the sushi tightly, using the bamboo mat to help you.
  5. Wet the exposed strip of seaweed to seal the roll.
