  4. Fresh basil leaves: 1/4 cup
  5. Red bell peppers: 2, sliced into thin strips
  6. Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  7. Lime juice: 1 tablespoon
  8. Soy sauce or oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
  9. Salt and pepper: to taste
  10. Cooking oil: for frying

Preparation Method Steps:

  1. In a bowl, combine fish sauce, lime juice, soy sauce or oyster sauce, and minced garlic. Mix well and set aside.
