Preparation Method Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lobster meat, shrimp, scallops, vegetable oil, garlic, green onions, snow peas, baby corn, and carrots. Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Place a spoonful of the seafood filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper and fold it in half to form a triangle. Fold the opposite corners over to meet in the center.
  3. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the wontons and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they float to the top.
  4. Serve hot in bowls, garnished with additional green onions.
