  2. Grate zucchini and onion using a large-hole grater. Place in a colander and sprinkle with salt. Let stand for 10 minutes, then drain off excess liquid.

  4. In a large bowl, combine zucchini, onion, bell pepper, flour, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
